Halal Kobe Beef
Kobe beef is the highest rank of Wagyu, specifically selected from Tajima cattle during the butchering process for its excellent meat quality.
As a result, only those Tajima cattle with outstanding meat quality become Kobe beef.
“Halal Kobe beef” is even more limited, chosen from a small number of cattle that underwent Halal slaughter, ensuring superior quality. The taste is characterized by a robust umami from well-marbled lean meat, creating a delicate balance.
Halal Shiretoko Beef
Shiretoko beef, as the name suggests, is a high-quality Japanese black cattle bearing the name of the World Natural Heritage site “Shiretoko.”
Known for its vibrant marbling, the meat offers a delightful balance of richness in the fat and a melt-in-your-mouth texture.
The exquisite quality of the meat provides a superior taste, where sweetness is perceived in the meat without any lingering heaviness.
